Shipping Policy

All SUBPAC units are shipped from our warehouses, currently located in the USA and EU.

Pre-Orders:

For pre-orders, we will inform you of the shipping schedule once the product is ready to ship. Here’s what to expect:

• Notification: You will receive an email notification with shipping details when the product is ready to ship.

• Shipping Timeframe: We will provide specific shipping dates and tracking information once the product is prepared for dispatch.

Regular Orders:

• Processing Time: It takes approximately 1-2 business days to process your order; however, during peak times or due to stock availability, it can take up to 5 or more business days.

• Shipping Method: Orders are shipped via local carriers for US, Canadian, UK, and Hong Kong orders, and via international couriers for all other countries.

• Tracking: When your order ships, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for your tracking information to be updated online.

Approximate Shipping Times:

• USA: 2-3 business days

• EU/UK: 3-7 business days

• Rest of the World: 5-10 business days

Please note that these shipping times are the time from the factory to delivery at your door, not the total wait time from when you place your order.
